We want you to be completely comfortable in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. If your Free Fly apparel doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process makes it easy to find the right fit or get a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided at the end of the request and securely package your items.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your new gear within 5-7 business days.
